Who provides the site
The site is provided by Michał Opaliński, operating under the OMAM name, ul. Alfreda Dauna 58/10, 30-629 Kraków, Poland. The same details are given in our privacy policy, under ‘Data controller and the person behind OMAM’. Contact: contact@omam.pl. These terms apply to the free features of the site.
Free features
You can read about our services and work, view illustrations and animations, choose a language, and open an email draft in your own email app. There are no accounts, paid subscriptions or online checkout. The draft email is a way to ask about a project. Sending it does not automatically place a paid order. Project scope, fees and contractual terms are agreed separately before work starts.
Technical requirements
You need an internet connection and a browser that supports HTML and CSS. Interactive features and animations require JavaScript. Reading the site and opening email links remain available without it. Sending email requires an email app or webmail service.
Risks online
Using the internet carries risks: malware, messages impersonating people or companies you know (phishing) and data intercepted on unsecured networks. This site works only over an encrypted HTTPS connection and never asks for passwords, login details or payment details. We write only from contact@omam.pl and never ask for passwords or for payment to an account other than the one in the contract. Keep your browser and system up to date, and if you are unsure whether a message really comes from us, write to contact@omam.pl.
Starting and ending use
You can use the free features as soon as you open the site. To stop, simply leave the site or close the tab. There is no charge.
Lawful use and copyright
Use the site lawfully. Do not disrupt its operation or send unlawful content. The work shown on the site is protected by copyright. You may still use material as permitted by law or under the licences listed in our privacy policy.
Complaints
If a feature does not work, send a complaint to contact@omam.pl or the site provider’s postal address. Describing the problem and affected page helps us investigate it. We will reply within 14 days of receiving the complaint. These terms do not restrict rights granted to consumers by mandatory law.
Privacy
Read our privacy policy and information about browser storage. Analytics and advertising tools are activated only after the relevant optional consent.
