brief.

The first step should be straightforward.

Someone visiting a law firm’s website often has a specific problem and a deadline to meet. They need to know whether they’re in the right place and how to reach a lawyer.

Those questions shaped the site. We organised the practice areas, introduced the partners and made contact details easy to find throughout the site.

design.

mobile first

The first screen introduces the firm and offers two ways forward: call or find the relevant practice area.

Five screens of the firm’s site on a phone: first screen, how we help, partners, whistleblowing, contact.

Contact stays within reach on a small screen. Visitors can call the firm directly from the page.

Four groups of legal matters, each explaining where to start, what to prepare and when a deadline matters.
form
It prepares a message and opens the visitor’s email app. They can check the wording before sending it themselves.

system.

type, colours, buttons

The colours come from the firm’s identity. Serif headings, clear body type and a consistent set of buttons carry through the site.

The site’s design system: typefaces, colours and buttons.

speed.

light and fast

We built the firm’s site without plugins or tracking tools. Figures measured on bogp.pl on a phone, 19 October 2026.

Three parts of the site: an explanation of what a Polish legal adviser does, an expanded question and the contact form.

copy.

pl, en

The copy takes visitors from a description of their problem to a way to get in touch. It explains what the firm does, what it’s like to work with them and who handles the cases. Both language versions keep the same calm tone, with clear information about experience, professional liability insurance and client confidentiality.

launch.

For launch, we prepared a LinkedIn carousel, posts, a social media story, two videos and cover images. Every piece came in Polish and English.

  • The new Opaliński Pieczonka law firm website is online — launch announcement with a phone preview.
  • Find the situation closest to yours — a phone preview of the matters the firm can help with.
  • Two partners, two practices — portraits and profiles of Bartosz Opaliński and Grzegorz Pieczonka.
  • Credentials you can verify — legal counsel registration numbers Rz-515 and Rz-516.
  • A contract under scrutiny: seven warning signs you should not ignore — a phone preview of the guide.
  • Before we do anything, you know where you stand — upfront costs, no hidden fees, flat fees where possible.
  • Call or describe what happened — the firm’s contact slide with phone number 17 852 06 61 and bogp.pl.
  • A 9:16 story announcing the new site.
